Where are most of your rental homes located?

All of our single family homes are located in the Yakima area and surrounding bedroom communities including Selah, Terrace Heights, Cowiche, Gleed and Naches.

We do have apartment rentals in other parts of the State including Goldendale and Wenatchee.

Does it cost any money for me to find a rental through your Company?

No. Searching for a home is absolutely free, and you have access to any of our Leasing Agents & Site Managers at no charge.

Do your rentals accept pets?

Generally there is a no pet policy.  Each rental home listing clearly states if pets are allowed and any conditions you will need to consider.  As well, each city’s requirements can differ and we will always abide by those requirements which may also include registering your pet with the city and providing pedigree/vaccination documents, depending on the kind/breed of pet.

As always, no ‘dangerous breeds’ or pets with known behavioral history are allowed in any rental homes managed by Landmark Management Services.

Concerning pets:  Landmark Management Services Central Washington LLC does not discriminate against persons with disabilities in its services and rental housing.  Landmark Management Services Central Washington LLC  provides equal opportunity to all persons with disabilities and provides accommodations to meet the needs of persons with disabilities upon request if the accommodation is both reasonable and financially feasible.

How can I preview a rental?

You don’t have to talk to an Agent to drive by the home and, from the outside, see if it might be something that would satisfy your needs!  Every listing includes the street address, so drive by and take a look!  You will get a feel for the general neighborhood, where the schools are located, and the overall location. You have to contact one of our Agents to get inside the home but we have made that process very easy as well!

How will an Agent or Site-Manager help in finding a home for me?

First off, we care about your happiness while renting from us so we work hard to find the perfect home for you. Our Leasing Agents and Site Managers will walk you through the entire process to make sure we understand what you are looking for and get you into the best possible home.

What if I’m not quite ready to move?

The rental market is dynamic and changes every month.  If you are thinking of relocating to the area you can still look at the then available rentals displayed by Landmark Management Services.  This will help you to get a feel of the local market and pricing.  Once you know that you are going to move, give our Agents a call and we will assist you with information about housing inventory that may be available when you are ready to move.  Its best to start looking for available rentals about 3-6 weeks prior to the date you have targeted to move.

When can I meet with a Landmark Agent or Site Manager?

Our Agents and Site Managers are very dedicated and committed to finding you the perfect home.   Our Agents are typically available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, 5 days a week via phone and are waiting to take your call. In some instances, you may have to leave a message, but we will get back to you quickly. Holiday coverage isn’t always guaranteed so be patient if you don’t get an Agent to answer the phone at 9:00 am on a major holiday! Your messages WILL be answered quickly.
